Singlecut Beersmiths Tap Takeover

It's commonly known that the fresher a beer is when served, the higher its quality will be. The reason for this is primarily that hop flavor and aroma fade over time, altering the profile of a beer. So it makes perfect sense that the closer the source of the pint you are about to drink, the better. That's the driving force behind Astoria based Singlecut Beersmiths who brew local and hand deliver every keg.

Join us on Friday June 28th as we welcome our friends from SINGLECUT BEERSMITHS, Queen's first operating brewery since the days of Prohibition, when they invade Westchester County and Take over our taps.  Final List TBD

Founded in 1996 by Ron Barchet and Bill Covaleski in an old Pepperidge Farm bakery, Victory has grown considerably and evolved well outside the traditional small market of a beer-brewing restaurant. The brewery's first three beers were Victory Festbier, Brandywine Valley Lager (now Victory Lager), and HopDevil Ale. Beer comes first at the Craftsman Ale House but we also take our burgers very seriously.  We have worked hard to develop a menu that features hand crafted burgers, jumbo sized wings, mac n' cheese of the day and always something beer battered.  What better to pair with all those craft beers?

The Craftsman Ale House is well known for one of the best Craft Beer Lists in Westchester.  We feature 8 rotating draught beers and nearly 100 bottles.  All Craft, All the time.  Our favorite breweries are local but if it's American, it's Craft and it's available, we'll probably get it. We also take requests so if You can't find it, we will.
